The United Way of Douglas
County accepts online donations for the benefit
of 24 Partner Agencies and additional Community
Impact initiatives.
For your convenience, United Way has created this online pledge form for your payroll deduction pledge. Making a gift through payroll deduction is easy, and a modest gift per pay period can add up to a significant contribution that changes lives for the better in our community.
When you complete the form, simply click on the "Submit" button. Your information will be acknowledged by the United Way office, and forwarded to KU's Human Resources office. Your payroll deduction will begin with the 1st pay period of January.

Your paystub will reflect your donation. If you would like a separate tax receipt, please contact the United Way of Douglas County.

Your gift to the United Way Community Fund
will enable local volunteers to invest your contribution based on community
needs. This is the best way for your gift to have a significant impact.
The Caring Club Level of giving ($144) qualifies you for our Discount Card,
and the Leadership Level of giving ($750) qualifies you for Spirit of Kaw Valley
Association membership. |
A modest gift per pay period provides United Way agency clients with life changing services.
Your payroll deduction will begin with the 1st pay period of January. |
$5 for 16 payperiods provides direct family support services with a case manager or mental health professional.
$10 for 16 payperiods provides four nights of lodging for a family driven out of their home because of a fire or natural disaster, and the supports to restart their lives.
$15 for 16 payperiods provides teeth cleanings and fluoride treatments for 7 uninsured children.
$5 for 26 payperiods provides a year's dose of insulin for a diabetic patient.
$10 for 26 payperiods provides training and support for 3 CASA volunteers to advocate for the best interest of an abused or neglected child.
$15 for 26 payperiods provides two working families in our community on the verge of homelessness the opportunity to remain financially stable, keep their their children in daycare, and remain employed. |
